Consultation 

Public consultation and community engagement play an important role in the planning and development process. We believe it is integral to our developing the best possible scheme for Cokerhurst Farm.

We anticipate submitting a detailed planning application for the southern section of the site and an outline planning application for the northern section of the site to Sedgemoor District Council later this year (2018). This follows our consultation, which took place from 9 October until 4 November.

During the consultation we held two exhibition events to give people an opportunity to find out more about the proposals. These events took place at Wembdon St George’s Church School on 20 October and at Wembdon Village Hall on 26 October.
